The Chamber of Mines of Zimbabwe (CoMZ) has re-elected Bindura Nickel Corporation managing director Batirai Manhando as its new president.
Manhando was elected at the chamber’s annual general meeting, will be deputised by Mimosa Mining Company corporate affairs manager, Elizabeth Nerwande Chibanda as the first vice president.
Metallon Gold Zimbabwe chief executive Kenneth Mekani, was re-elected second vice president. Mines and Mining Development Minister, Winston Chhitando will take the role of honourary vice president, which is reserved for the ministry.
