Published:

The Association of Mine Managers of Zimbabwe (AMMZ) will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), Conference and Technical Visit from 1 to 4 November at Troutbeck Resort in Nyanga, bringing together mining professionals for discussions, networking and technical engagement.

The four-day event will include conference sessions, a golf tournament or social excursion, and a technical visit to the Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company (ZCDC) on 4 November.

The technical visit to ZCDC on 4 November will provide participants with an opportunity to engage with the diamond mining operation. Delegates wishing to attend must provide their national identification numbers for security pre-clearance.

Organisers have also made bus transport available from Mutare, departing at 0900 hours for early registrants. Latecomers will be required to travel individually.

Registration fees are payable to the Chamber of Mines of Zimbabwe at its Accounts Office, 20 Mt Pleasant Drive, Mt Pleasant, Harare, or through a bank deposit into the organisation’s account. Invoices and banking details can be obtained by contacting [email protected].

The conference provides a platform for mine managers and other industry professionals to exchange knowledge, strengthen professional networks and engage with technical developments relevant to Zimbabwe’s mining sector.

The event will conclude with the technical visit to ZCDC on 4 November.
