BREAKING: Zimbabwe bans mining in all national parks
The Zimbabwe government has banned all mining in the country’s national parks.
Speaking at a Post Cabinet briefing Minister Monica Mutsvangwa announced the development.
Mrs. Mutsvangwa said, “Steps are being undertaken to immediately cancel all mining titles held in national parks’.

This comes after local and international outcry over the decision to grant Special grants to two Chinese owned mining companies.
